Return & Exchange Policy
At Stepellas, we aim to provide quality handcrafted footwear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns or exchanges are available under the conditions below.
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
The standard return or exchange window is 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
Items purchased during clearance sales or special discounts may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the product is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must share clear photos or videos as proof via email at support@stepellas.com.
After inspection, we will confirm eligibility for replacement or refund.
Return Pickup & Shipping
If a reverse pickup service is available at your location, it will be arranged by us.
If reverse pickup service is not available, customers will be required to self-ship the product using our authorized courier partner to our office address. Shipping instructions will be shared at the time of return approval.
Return shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly communicated before return approval. Customers must confirm before the return process is initiated.
Refund & Replacement Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligibility for replacement or refund will be confirmed.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your bank account depending on your payment provider.
If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or an alternative product.
Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) fees, and return shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
